Presenter: Cynthia Robinson Lefebvre, Vice President and Head of Research & Market Data Services, Bain Capital. Cynthia is responsible for the delivery of business intelligence and information services across the firm. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Cynthia served as Associate Director of Knowledge & Content Management at Babson College. Previously, she was with Fidelity Management and Research Company in Equity Investment Operations for 10 years. Cynthia received a MS from Simmons College and a BA from Harvard University.

Cynthia will provide us with her insights and experiences in providing information services and data management as head of a major corporate library. The focus of her session will be on developing strategies to enable transformation in Research:  

• GenAI: primary & secondary research opportunities 
• Partnerships: internal, vendor & outsource operational alignment 
• Risk & Cost Management
